Hi, I'm Jalene Szuba, a board-certified health & wellness consultant passionate about helping exhausted professionals achieve restorative sleep naturally.

Twenty years ago, I experienced a lack of focus and productivity due to poor sleep which sparked my health journey. I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing life's demands while striving for better health. Today, I specialize in empowering corporate professionals who are overwhelmed and seeking ways to enhance their well-being.  

My goal is to change the way people think about sleep, so that they can achieve restful slumber, heightened focus, and boundless energy to fully enjoy life.

When I'm not speaking, you'll find me indulging in outdoor activities in my mountain town—whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer.
